Service Tech:

  1. Receive a new incoming call

  2. Determine if the caller needs sales or service

  3. If the client requests a specific person to speak to, route call to that person

  4. Create a new job via Jobber if the call pertains to sales or service

  5. Assign the New Job a client name

  6. Ask client if they have a preferred time range for service work be conducted

  7. Notify client that we will outreach to available reps and return their call and send email to them within with an update within 1 hour

  8. Watch for contact from COO, if no contract from COO, return call to client with expected service date and time

  9. Review current Internal Calendar and slot in current service job; Delegate task to PM and note PM name on the event

  10. Call and email the client to give the update on what date and time the service request will be fulfilled

Service Tech:

  1. Call client within 24 hours after workload is completed to ensure they are satisfied with our services

  2. Notify client that they can can reach out at any time via the Service Tech phone number or email address

COO:

  1. Call lead salesperson to notify them that their job’s serve call has been fulfilled or if still pending

1.  Define Project Details

  • Name, address, company

  • Phone #, email

  • Other contacts - Coworker, company (if different), phone, email, maintenance person with phone and email

  • Access - Keys, code, parking hours

  • Create pending job folder in Jobber

  • Site map - System surveyor, google authorization

  • Jobber

  • Schedule and conduct zoom call with client - Schedule date for proposal

  • Work out areas of concern, notes - Any additional requirements: Landscaping, saw cutting, asphalt repair, sheetrock repair

2. Create Project Plan

  • Conduct site survey; Include subs

  • Rental equipment, storage areas, restroom/porta-potty, lifts, parking, photos and notes uploaded

  • Create estimate; Include maps and scope; Review with Sales

  • Create schedule to be included with estimate

3. Assemble Project Team

  • Determine if we are using subcontractors or in-house technicians

  • Subcontract agreements, insurance requirements, lien releases

4. Execute Project Plan

  • Review schedule with all involved including subs and clients

  • Order any materials, rental equipment

  • Ensure technician is on site to receive equipment

  • Determine meeting dates; In-person or via zoom; Reporting
